Book tastes

Make one of the items a favorite of yours, new or old; I read a little bit of everything and would love to see what you love best!
My regular bookshelf leans toward fantasy, poetry, books about books, myth & fairy tale, cultural histories, and mysteries. I love a good comedy of manners (especially in the fantasy genre), Golden Age style mysteries, lyrical poetry, found family tropes, and always, always books about books. Random favorite things include music, cats, art nouveau, WWI era, pre-Raphaelites, photography, Britain & Ireland, foxes, stained glass, paper dolls, forests, and rubber ducks, if any of that sparks a thought. :)
If you're lost, anything from my LibraryThing wishlist or to read categories would work, but don't feel restricted to those by any means.

Don't get this!

Self-help, politics, religion are a definite no, and this year I'd like to steer away from current bestsellers and YA novels.

Other notes

No pressure! I do this yearly and am sure to enjoy whatever surprise arrives.
