Book tastes

I tend to like speculative fiction, young adult and middle grade fiction, and like reading books with diverse characters. I currently am looking for shorter novels or novellas.

Don't get this!

I am not a fan of the writing styles of Martha Wells, Nghi Vo, P. Djeli Clark or Neon Yang.

Other notes

Recently, I have been having health issues and having trouble focusing, so shorter or easier reads are better.
