Book tastes

I read just about anything (check "do not get" for those few things I don't like). But favourites include historical fiction, mystery/thrillers, and horror. I do also like nonfiction, including true crime, history, biographies, and popular science.

Don't get this!

I'm not a fan of "traditional" fantasy, westerns, nor much romance (if that's all it is). Classics and literary fiction are hit or miss, but usually miss, so if you can avoid those, that is usually better.

Other notes

Some of the books in my "To read" section here on LT are things I already own. So, please choose items NOT listed on my LibraryThing at all, just to be on the safe side.
