Book tastes

Strange fiction, horror, mystery, odd ball literary, niche nonfiction, interesting works in translation, I will read almost anything. Your favorite book would be great!

Don't get this!

Not interested in most romance (fine as a side plot), sports, western, religious "inspiration" genres.

Other notes

I love mysteries in translation, and have enjoyed some Japanese and Norwegian mysteries.
My library is mostly up-to-date, but the lists titled "read in 2024" etc. are all very up to date, so those are good to check for my recent taste.
