Book tastes

This is a bit of a different request. I'm a high school teacher and I am part of the student book club at school - many of our faculty are part of the club to model reading for our students. Each semester we are asked to set a "reading goal" and I would like for YOU to pick a book (or two or ???) for me to read. I would like something outside of what I would usually read! Maybe it is your favorite book, or maybe you want to pick some epic tome that is 1000 pages long just to be funny (which is totally ok :-) I look forward to seeing what I will be reading this spring!

Don't get this!

Crime, Murder/Mystery, Horror, Scary, Sexual, anything questionable or controversial.

Other notes

I tend to read Light Fluffy Rom-Com books & Cozy mystery books. I also read historical fiction (Medieval/Renaissance & WWII) and fictionalized fairy tales and fantasy based books. My book list shows what I have read - I tend to read the first book and then roll through the series. :-).
